Our Policies – Par-Tee Planners

Allergies & Dietary Needs

We offer vegetarian, vegan, halal and gluten-free options. Please let us know about any allergies when booking. Our kitchen handles common allergens like nuts and dairy, so we can’t guarantee zero cross-contamination.

Deposits & Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
The final balance is due 14 days before your event.

Delivery & Mileage

We deliver across the Midlands. Locations over 10 miles from Birmingham may include a mileage charge – we’ll confirm this with you at booking.

Boards & Substitutions

Each board is custom-made with seasonal produce. Items may vary based on stock – that’s the beauty of bespoke!

Photo & Social Media Use

We love showcasing our work! If you don’t want photos of your board or event shared, please let us know when booking.

🚫 Zero Tolerance Policy

 

At Par-Tee Planners, we are committed to creating joyful, inclusive and safe experiences for all of our clients and staff. We operate a zero tolerance policy towards any form of:


  • Aggressive, threatening or abusive behaviour
     
  • Discrimination or hate speech of any kind
     
  • Harassment, bullying or intimidation
     
  •  Sexual harassment – including inappropriate comments, unwanted attention, or physical contact 


  • Excessive demands, unreasonable expectations or disrespectful communication
     

This applies to all interactions, whether in person, online, over the phone, or during event delivery.

 How We Handle It:

If any behaviour crosses these boundaries, we reserve the right to:

  • End communication
     
  • Refuse service or cancel bookings (with or without refund, depending on circumstances)
     
  • Report serious incidents to the appropriate authorities
